& i genuinely think eating this on a regular basis has been a key factor in reducing my inflammation & reducing my bloating😌

ingredients✨
- sushi rice (or you can switch to brown rice)
- chicken breast
-teriyaki sauce
- mango
- pickled cucumber
-Rainbow slaw (I used carrots, red cabbage, yellow pepper and yellow pepper with balsamic vinegar and a splash of olive oil
-cilantro
- nori crunch sesame seeds
✨Marinade your chicken in teriyaki sauce
✨Cook your sushi rice and then pan fry the chicken
✨Mix all the rainbow slaw ingredients together
✨And then just add it all to a bowl and finish with some cilantro, sesame seeds and Sriracha Mayo
