Isla being one of the first reapers to accept Nyx as one of them has been like a big sister teaching her about everything she needs to know since day one. Though Nyx has spent a lot time feeling lost and not understanding herself she always found a sense of comfort within Isla. She was the one who took her on her very first mission, the one who always defends her and the one she can always go to if she needs anything. All of the reapers carry their respective artifacts. One of Isla’s artifacts is the Serenity Lantern (which you can see in her hand) whenever she leads the souls to a safe place the light from lantern helps keep the monsters away giving the souls a safe passage. Isla’s soft, caring and understanding nature makes her connect to every soul she takes care of. That’s why her soul key reveals when she cries upon seeing the memories of the person who’s soul she takes. What is a soul key…?
