Thank you Dublin, an epic way to finish a brilliant weekend.
Big thanks to @huwwtd and @brianconey for making this weekend happen, for being utter darlings, and for illuminating to me the joys of Beamish stout.
We'll be back again soon I imagine,
As a Welshman it's incredibly tedious when non-welsh folk tell me that their granny, grandfather etc was from Wales, like I could give a shit, with that in mind my great-grandfather was from Kilmacow.
You take care now. Xx
Watch Mclusky (@_shit_rock_ ) punch through “Day of the Deadringers” for FRET12 Sessions, recorded at our shop at The Salt Shed in Chicago. Off their breakthrough record Mclusky Do Dallas, it’s the Welsh punks’ patented chaos, harnessed and hyper-concentrated by production from the legendary Steve Albini.
💥Link to the full Session is in the bio.
We were thrilled to get Welsh post-hardcore legends Mclusky in for a session in the midst of their long-awaited and triumphant US tour. Watch them tear through the wry, sardonic “Unpopular Parts of a Pig,” one of their first releases since 2004. Then hit the link in bio for three more classic songs, an interview, and more!
