It occurred to us recently that we have never done an old-school, no-nonsense West Coast IPA. While we've had a couple of goes with a more modern take, we have never done the ol' crystal malts and 'C' hop approach.
Columbus, Centennial & Chinook.

We paired up the good old trusty Citra with Talus, a hop we have only used one before here at Azvex.
Sweet citrus juice and coconut notes.
lt is only 5.2% so a perfect sipper to enjoy alongside the Euros.

It's been a whole year since the first MANA so it was only right for the OG to make a return.
As with everything here at Azvex we asked ourselves - 'How could we make it better?'
Well luckily for us we have done a few of these beers now, so we were able to apply all we have learnt over this last year.
The result? Best MANA batch to date.

We teamed up with the awesome @freestylehops from New Zealand to try out some of their latest products in an ALL NELSON DIPA!
We combined Nelson Sauvin with Maui Nelson (pineapple-infused) & Kohia Nelson (passionfruit-infused) in regular T90 hop pellet and SubZero Hop Kief form to create a mighty tropical treat.
Incredibly smooth, almost zero bitterness and all that haze that you dream of.

Another HUGE hazy IPA for you this week.
In our never-ending quest for improvement, we’ve changed our normal approach on this IPA…and we are REALLY loving the results.
Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic & Galaxy were elected to be used in excess to create this dense hazy, fruity delight.
