So awhile back, I mentioned a big project, and this is it! @wussyevents was gracious enough to trust me based on a 2-inch sketch i sent them, and we bagen the process of designing something amazing. Wonderful folks to collaborate with on this crown for the Little Mx. Wussy pageant this friday!!! A side note about my personal design philosophy: Part of the conversation was truly making sure masculinity and femininity were represented in the design for a Mx. Pageant and I could not be happier with how it turned out.

Finally, finishing a matching set of Pride Crowns for my first out of state crown order. I really wanted the idea to be "different but equal" which is what I believe to be the heart of Pride. So you can see the tops are different stone orientations but the same stones and the same height. I wanted to take better photos but I was so excited to see how they turned out I just had to post them asap! I hope the organization and pageant winners enjoy them as much as I do. In the coming year, I want to stand up for myself and stop giving so much to people who have not truly been there for me. Im not saying you always have to repay someone immediately or be there every single time they call. However, it is obvious that some people take advantage of skilled people, and now I know I am worth more than just my skills. With that being said, here is my last work of 2023. Unfortunately I have had a catastrophic prop malfunction so changing things up and keeping high spirits.
