Ever forgot how magnificent God is and how much he had come through for you, even when you felt undeserving ? Ha ! A trick of the enemy I say. The enemy wants us to be bound in our minds so much that we forget who we are in Christ & how good and merciful God is.
This new journey that I’m on and path to finding my purpose has not only brought positive change in me as a woman but I’ve cried almost everyday trying to understand the process when in all God is saying to have faith and trust in him regardless of the outcome.
That brings me to this post. I had to go back and remind myself of how far I’ve came and how good God has been . My story serves as a reminder that life is journey and it’s up to us to navigate it with purpose, resilience and commitment to then help OTHERS find their way.
My sport has not only shaped my individuality but it has molded me into a powerful, strong, dedicated, focused, resilient individual. I am not perfect, none of us are and I’ve had my journey of going down the wrong path but because of God’s grace and mercy in my life I can stand tall today to be my brothers’ and sisters’ keeper . 🥺
I believe if I did not have sport in my life as a young girl I would have gone down a road to destruction. I hope to inspire many women to never give up , this is so easy to say but regardless of how many times I’ve felt like it I NEVER DID AND NEVER WILL.
The last post is to show that I am not a one dimensional woman but a woman of power, passion and variety. A woman who is destined for greatness and so are you 🫶🏾
