I first met Bobby at a convention when I was around 19 and I was starstruck.
I have looked up to him my whole career as one of the best tattooers and overall illustrators in the industry.
He was nice to me right off the bat and traded a painting for one of my pencil drawings. That moment was one of the best things to happen for me. Never have I imagined one day I would be tattooing alongside him, and even better, get to call him my good friend.
Those people that were there for you before you could offer anything back, are the rare ones you have to keep. Thank you Bobby for working 2 days, until 5:30 am, the night before the symposium with me.
Sleeve I finished earlier this year for Chris. Fascinating dude with tons of crazy stories. He’s a flight medic in Alaska for the reserve (full time). These guys do the wildest shit. Thank you again Chris 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍

Cut the bullsh*t.
Bobby talks extensively about drawing, composition, and flow in his seminars. He always says one of the most important things you can do is remove anything from your design that you don’t need. By doing this, he can make his subject matters as dynamic as possible, and fit the body and placement perfectly!

@iantheemckenyon is an absolute psychopath for letting two artists tattoo him three days in a row.
This is about 25 hours of work between the two of us. We planned out and collaborated on every aspect of the process and we’re so happy with how it turned out!!
It’s always so much fun collaborating with Bobby. I think it’s rare when two artists’ styles really work with one another, and I’m still trying to figure out what exactly that perfect combination is. What I do know, is that the result is so cool when it’s a tattoo you couldn’t do on your own, and a tattoo is created that couldn’t have existed without one or the other. All I know is that I’m so grateful for Bobby’s work, and I learn so much every time I work with him. 🙏🙏 Drop a comment if you want the next one😈

This is a one day tattoo competition where the artists have 9 hours to tattoo and a theme of Greek Mythology. We’ll have vendors, food trucks, a stage with live bands, a car show, and a motorcycle stunt show.
Come tour 10 different tattoo shops and even get your own tattoo at our walk in shop!
We can’t wait to see everyone there!
