In 2023 a brotherhood was formed between two musicians, one Myles Knight & one Harvey Duddles, to form a duo set to obliterate the UK musician scene with big beats and bigger riffs … they are known as KOOEY. Myles, with years of experience performing as a solo musician, and Harvey, with years of experience drumming for bands such as Raging Clue, Good Hustles and more, have decided their combined talent in song writing and performance could create something special … something with a bit of power, a bit of grit, whilst keeping the catchiness their music has always had. Only one year in and they’ve already made their mark across the county and their local scene, performing at festivals such as D.H. Lawrence Music Festival and performing at venues such as JT Soar and The Navigation. The lads are raring to go, with some huge new songs, exciting upcoming performances and a rapidly growing fanbase

Their first gig for us! ‘Drone Queen are a Nottingham based Alt rock duo inspired by bands such as Cleopatrick, Dead Poet Society, Tigercub and Royal Blood. Beginning as a solo project for singer/songwriter Lewis, Drone Queen was born as a cathartic outlet for themes of toxic relationships, masculinity and anxiety. Soon joined by Elliot on drums, Drone Queen saw quick national success with their debut single CARNIVORE in November 2023 played on BBC RADIO1 by rock show host Daniel.P.Carter. Drone Queen entered 2024 continuing to release powerful, riff driven rock music.’
