One of the biggest tips I’d give to someone wanting to reach any type of health or fitness goal: take it one day at a time. That’s it. Because the only way I KNOW I won’t reach my goals? Giving up when it feels hard.
That longevity mindset, the lifestyle shift…
👆🏼THAT is going to beat extremes, 30 day diets, and short term “fixes” that leave you with cycles of guilt and restriction every single time.
Try and remember that this is your WHOLE LIFE-this is a lifelong journey to CONTINUING to feel your best, not just some before and after or short term thing. If you keep that mindset (in my experience), you don’t see enjoying life as a roadblock or “falling off the wagon”, you just see it as life-and it makes it way more sustainable and enjoyable 💪🏼👏🏼

This was not an overnight thing. This wasn’t even a “handful of months thing”. I’m not that mama, and I’m cool with that, but what I AM is determined🤘🏼
This was 11 months of consistent habits over and over again. And I’ll say it til I’m blue in the face-if it’s worth it to you, let the timeline be flexible but the goals and effort be consistent💪🏼 you’ve got this! You have done hard things and this is no different-all about the mindset🫶🏻

Massachusetts Family Vacation 2024🥹 I’ve grown up spending chunks of our summer in this cottage, so seeing our girls here with their cousins and family was a DREAM🥲😭 til next time💓
75 Hard results in a reel, per request (and it’s just more fun😆💪🏼 )
75 days.
6750 minutes of working out.
75 gallons of water.
750 pages of reading (non-fiction😅)
AND I’M FEELIN GOOOOOD😮💨💪🏼🤘🏼 I feel so strong all around it’s wild-physically yes, but most of all, mentally. I’ve lost 10 pounds, gained muscle and strength, and those things are things I’m excited about and proud of 100%. But I think the confidence literally exudes from the pictures on the right, and at 10 months postpartum and 3 babies later, that is everything to me. To feel like myself in my skin and know that my effort and hard work got me here feels really freaking amazing🫶🏻
I’ve got so many thoughts coming off of this challenge, but one of the biggest ones is that what we tell our self matters, DEEPLY. The only reason that I was able to get through these last 75 days as a mom of three young kids is because not once did my feelings or mood dictate my choice to show up. It couldn’t.
Starting this challenge at seven months postpartum as a mom of three may seem crazy to some, but my hope is that you can see how much you are truly capable of when you set out to finish something challenging. And that being a mom doesn’t disqualify you from pushing yourself, unlocking a new strength is EMPOWERING let me tell you🔥
It may not be 75 Hard for you, but whatever that something is-there is SO MUCH GOODNESS and confidence and fruit waiting for you on the other side of your comfort zone. Cheers to doing hard *like, really hard* things!!🫶🏻💪🏼 #75hard#75hardresults
