2nd Monday in March the Brown Derby Jazz Series is back at the Bronzeville Winery This kick off promises to be a special night of Great Black Music We are so glad during women’s history month to feature a young beautiful dynamic violinist.

Sunday 9/17/23 Connect South Shore Festival will have fun for the whole family and great music. I’m closing it out Sunday the 17th at 6 PM.

Saturday we are at the WDCB Jazz Lounge tent. Fabulous vibraphonist Thad Tukes precedes us and we begin at 5:45 PM.

The 11th annual (original) Bronzeville Jazz Music Festival is Saturday, August 19 and wow! what a lineup My sister, Africa Brown, and I will join forces with Cecile Savage to bring new flavors of music from around the world The BROWN SAVAGE WORLD MUSIC PROJECT draws from French and Portuguese songs for which OBJ created an English lyric. Get ready to samba with us!

This Monday 8/14/23 join the Brown Derby Jazz Series featuring Charles Heath Jr. Quartet. We are at the Bronzeville Winery. Doors open at 6:00 PM 2 shows beginning at 7:00 PM.
