🎲 Animal Dice 🎲
Today is a bit of a double Wingspan-whammy for me. The first of the two whammies is for
#howwerollwednesday , where
@pink_meeple and
@nane_spielt_in_ffm both suggested animal dice. That gave me the opportunity to bring out one of my absolute favorite games: Wingspan by
@elizharg and the lovely people at
@stonemaiergames .
This game fits a lot of my criteria for a good board game: It’s accessible, it has engine building and it plays well at several different player counts - and it looks sooo pretty in the Danish sunrise ☀️
I previously argued that Wingspan is probably at its best while being played solo, because it can be an almost serene experience that mimics the feeling of bird watching. But if you want to play a multiplayer game, I will never say no 😊
What’s the second whammy, you say? You’ll have to wait till later today to find out. I can say that it has something to do with the birds going up against some dragons 🫢
