It’s with great sadness to share that my father, Earvy Bates, passed away June 19. I am filled with equal parts grief and gratitude. I will miss him so much but and so glad to have had him with me for so long❤️
I’ve been working on the first draft of a new novel for a while now, and have just begun Part 2. I never used to have a “routine” but I’ve fallen into the habit of writing in the morning, first thing, sitting outside.
