Fish, in general, should be part of any healthy diet. They're rich in omega-3 fatty acids and other essential nutrients. So many good choices but salmon's got to be one of my favorites. How about you–what's your favorite fish?

When I want something sweet but still somewhat healthy, I opt for frozen yogurt. I almost always go for a combo of ripe mangoes, cheesecake and caramel/biscoff sauce. Here are my top 3 shops. 🫶🏻
RED MANGO - Love the caramel shell! I don't think any other froyo shop offers this. Remember the McDo dipped cones from years back? This is nostalgia in a cup.
LLAO LLAO - Love the biscoff sauce. I used to go to BLK513 for something similar but Llao Llao's yogurt is creamier. They're very conservative on the sauce though so I just double it up.
PINKBERRY - Sliced almonds. Unlike the other two, they offer 3 toppings + sauce. First time trying almonds with froyo and it didn't disappoint.
